1 c Flour
1 c Cornmeal
2 tb Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
1 Egg; slightly beaten
1 c Milk
2 tb Melted fat
1 lb Weiners

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix together egg; milk and fat. Add to dry
ingredients and stir till thoroughly mixed. Insert sticks into weiners.
Pour batter into tall glass for dipping. Deep fry until golden brown at 375
degrees.
