Title: Corn Fritters Categories: None Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Fresh Corn Kernels 2 Eggs, Beaten 1/4 c Flour 1/2 ts Salt 1/8 ts Pepper 1 sl Bacon, Cooked Until Crisp, -Crumbled 1 tb Green Onion, Chopped Very -Fine Preheat the oil in the deep fryer. Combine the corn with the eggs, flour, salt, pepper, crumbled bacon and green onion in a medium bowl. Carefully drop by the tablespoonfull into the hot oil. Fry until golden (1 1/2 minutes). Drain.
