Title: Corn Fritters #1

Yield: 6 Servings

1/2 c Flour
3/4 ts Baking powder
3/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Milk
1 Egg; beaten
1 cn (17-oz) cream style corn
Oil for frying

Sift dry ingredients. Blend milk and egg and add gradually to dry
ingredients. Stir in corn. Add more flour if needed for thick batter. Drop
by tablespoon in hot oil and fry until golden. Drain.
