Title: Corn Fritters #2 Categories: Bread Yield: 8 Servings 1 3/4 c Flour 1 tb Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1 Whole egg 1 c Milk 1 tb Melted shortening 2 c Whole kernel corn; drained Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl.
