Title: Corn Pudding Categories: Side dishes, Vegetables Yield: 8 Servings 2 Eggs 1 cn (large) cream corn 1/2 c Sugar Several slices butter 3 tb Flour; (heaping) 1/3 c Milk 1 pn Salt Mix eggs with can of corn. Mix sugar and flour together add a little at a time to corn and egg mixture, stirring well. Then add milk and salt. Top with butter and put in oven. Bake for about 45 minutes at 350 ° or until thick and brown. After pudding has been in oven about 10 minutes, stir lightly in order that corn does not separate from other mixture.
