Corn Seafood Salad
Title: Corn Seafood Salad Categories: Tabasco, Seafood Yield: 4 Servings 2 c Cooked corn 1 Green pepper; diced 1 md Tomato; diced 1 lb Raw shrimp; cooked and -cleaned or 1 1/2 cups crab -meat (7 1/2-ounce can) 1/3 c Mayonnaise 1 tb Minced onion 1/2 ts TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce 1 ts Salt Combine corn, green pepper, tomato and shrimp or crab meat. Blend mayonnaise, onion, TABASCO® Sauce and salt. Add to corn mixture and toss gently. Chill before serving. Garnish with tomato wedges.
