Title: Corned Beef #4 Categories: Meat Yield: 8 Servings 1 Corned beef 1 cn Sliced pineapple (in my -opinion; the more the -better!) Whole peppercorns 1 Bottle CANADA DRY GINGERALE -(I think it is 1.5 liters) 1/2 c Brown sugar From: aring@shani.net Date: Sun, 11 Aug 96 14:28:07 PDT Wash the corned beef in running water. Boil in water for 2 1/2-3 hours, changing the water every 45 minutes. Marinate overnight in gingerale and peppercorns. Glaze with brown sugar and bake with the pineapple slices for 45 minutes.
