Title: Corned Beef & Noodle Soup Categories: Soup Yield: 4 Servings 1 cn Corned beef 1 lg Onion; chopped 1/2 Stick butter 6 c Water Salt Pepper 1 pk (12-oz) egg noodles Place water in large saucepan & break up corned beef in the water. Add butter, onion, salt & pepper to taste. Cook about 30-40 minutes. Slowly add noodles & cook until noodles are done. Add more water if necessary. Great on a cold day. MRS. GORDON MC CARTY, JR.
