Title: Corned Beef or Roast Beef Hash

1 lb Corned beef or roast beef;
-very small diced
1 lb Potato; very small diced
1/2 ts Fresh garlic; minced
1/4 ts Kosher salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Onion; very small diced

1. add meat & potato in pan with little oil on medium high heat, cook 3/4
of the way then add garlic, onion, salt, pepper.

2. Continue cooking until it is golden brown.
