Title: Cornish Hens with Wine Sauce Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 6 Cornish hens; halved Salt; to taste 6 tb Red wine 1/4 c Margarine; melted 4 tb Lemon juice This recipe comes from The Blue Ribbon Poultry Cookbook - it's favorite recipes of Home Ec Teachers Season Cornish hens with salt; place in baking pan. Cover with heavy-duty foil. Mix wine, margarine and lemon juice. Bake at 325 F, 1 hours, basting frequently with sauce until all is used. Uncover; bake 30 minutes longer.
