Cornmeal Crust
Title: Cornmeal Crust Categories: Bread Yield: 8 Servings 1 c Flour 1/2 c Cornmeal 1/2 ts Salt 1/2 c Butter or margarine 1/4 c Water 1/4 c Shredded cheese Mix flour, cornmeal and salt. Cut in butter and cheese until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle with water 1 tablespoon at a time until all is moist. Form into a ball. Roll out to 11x7-inch rectangle.
