Title: Cottage Cheese Cookies2 Categories: Cookies Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Butter 1/2 ts Salt 2 c Flour 2 c Small curd cottage cheese ------------------------------BUTTER FROSTING------------------------------ 1 tb Butter 1/2 ts Vanilla 1 1/2 tb Milk 1 1/2 c Powdered sugar Have ingredients at room temperature. Combine them in a large bowl. Beat until smooth and elastic. Chill several hours or overnight. Divide dough in two parts and roll into a circle on a floured surface 1/8-inch thick. Cut into wedges and roll from wide end. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool and ice.
