3/4 c Shortening
1 3/4 c Sugar
2 Eggs
1 c Cottage cheese
2 tb Vanilla
1/2 c Cocoa
1 tb Brown sugar
1 ts Soda
1/2 ts Salt
2 3/4 c Flour
1/2 c Chopped nuts

Cream shortening and sugar. Add the rest of ingredients in order: eggs,
cottage cheese, vanilla, cocoa, brown sugar, soda, salt, flour and chopped
nuts. Chill dough. Roll in balls and then roll in powdered sugar. Bake at
350 degrees for 10 minutes.
