Cottage Cheese Dip


Title: Cottage Cheese Dip

2 tb Milk
12 oz Cottage cheese, creamed
1/4 c Salad dressing (mayonnaise)
1/4 ts Garlic powder
1 ds Cayenne
1 ts Onion salt

Place milk, cottage cheese, salad dressing, garlic powder, cayenne, and
onion salt in blender. Blend 1 minute or until cheese is smooth.

Pour mixture into a bowl. Cover and chill.

Serve with crisp vegetable sticks.

Makes 1-3/4 cups dip
Calories per 1 tablespoon serving: About 25
