Cottage Cheese Loaf
Title: Cottage Cheese Loaf Categories: Cheese/eggs, Low-cal, Main dish, Low-fat Yield: 8 Servings 1 lg Onion 1/4 lb Margarine/butter melted or -use Butter Buds equivalent 2 lb Cottage cheese, fatfree 5 c Corn Flakes cereal 1/2 c Chopped nuts (optional) 1 tb Chicken style seasoning -or more to taste 6 Eggs, or Egg Beaters equiv. Mix all ingredients well. Put in greased 13" x 9" baking dish and bake at 375F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set and browned. When you put a spoon in it should feel solid and not real soft.
