Cottage Cheese Noodle Pudding


Title: Cottage Cheese Noodle Pudding

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 lb Noodles; cooked, drained
1 lb Cottage cheese
1/2 pt Sour cream
1 c Raisins
3 Apples; diced -or-
8 oz Apple jelly
1 cn (small) evaporated milk
4 Eggs; well beaten
1/2 c Sugar

To the noodles add cottage cheese, sour cream, raisins, apples or jelly,
evaporated milk and eggs. Mix together well; add sugar. Mix thoroughly.
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for one hour. This can be baked in a
square pan and cut into 2 inch portions -- or larger, if desired.
