Title: Cottage Cheese Pancakes Categories: Breakfast Yield: 20 Servings 1 c Cottage cheese 6 Egg 1/2 c All-purpose flour, sifted 1/4 c Vegetable oil 1/4 c Milk 1/2 ts Vanilla 1/4 ts Salt Makes 20 4-inch pancakes Put cottage cheese, eggs, flour, oil ,milk, vanilla and salt into a blender.
