Title: Cottage Cheese Pancakes

1/2 lb Skim milk cottage cheese
1 Egg
4 tb Flour

I use this recipe constantly. It is very easy.

Mix cheese and egg in blender. Put in bowl and stir in flour. Fry slowly in
non-stick 7 1/2 " omelet pan. Makes 2 pancakes.

Use topping of choice. I like all-fruit strawberry or cherry jam.
