Title: Cottage Tuna Noodle

Yield: 6 Servings

6 oz Uncooked noodles; (4 cups
-cooked)
1/4 c Chopped onion
1 ts Salt
1/8 ts Pepper
1 c Cottage cheese
1 cn (8 oz.) sour cream
1/4 c Water
1 cn (6 1/2 oz.) tuna
1/4 c Grated Romano cheese

Cook noodles according to package directions, until tender. Drain. Add
onion, salt, pepper, cottage cheese, imitation sour cream, water, and tuna.
Mix well. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Top with cheese. Bake in
400 oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly. Serve hot. Makes 6-8 servings, 3/4
cup each.
