Coyote Summer Salsa


Title: Coyote Summer Salsa

Yield: 4 Servings

2 Oranges; peeled & cut into
-pieces
1 sm Onion; chopped fine
2 Minced Habaneros; or more
-(to your heat level liking)
1/4 c Chopped cilantro leaves *no
-stems*; or more
3 tb Fresh lime juice
2 ts Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 ts Dried Mexican oregano
1/4 ts Salt (optional-I usually
-leave it out)

Mix it all together - let it sit for a 1/2 hour- then open a bag of your
favorite tortilla chips & a bottle of good ale - enjoy :-)
