2 Minced habaneros chiles; or
-to your taste
1/4 c Chopped cilantro leaves; or
-more; no stems
3 tb Fresh lime juice
2 ts Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 ts Dried Mexican oregano
1/4 ts Salt (optional)
