Title: Crab Casserole

8 Slices Bread
2 c Crabmeat
1 c Diced Onion
1/2 c Miracle Whip
1 c Chopped Celery
Paprika To Taste
1/2 c Diced Green Pepper
4 lg Beaten Eggs
3 c Milk
10 1/2 oz Cream Of Mushroom Soup
Grated Cheddar Cheese

Cook the celery for 10 minutes in a small amount of water. Drain the
celery. Dice 4 slices of bread into the casserole. Mix the crabmeat,
onion, Miracle Whip, green peppers and celery. Place over bread in
casserole. Dice remaining 4 slices of bread and place on top of crabmeat
mixture. Mix the eggs and milk; pour over top. Bake for 15 minutes in a
325øF oven. Spoon soup over top. Add grated cheese and paprika. Continue
to bake at 325øF for one hour. Serve hot. From: Syd's Cookbook.
