Crab Filling for Mini Cream Puffs
Title: Crab Filling for Mini Cream Puffs Categories: Appetizers, Crab Yield: 24 Servings 3 oz Cream cheese; softened 1/4 c Maui onion; finely minced 2 tb Fresh chives; chopped 1/4 c Carrot; finely shredded 2 tb Roasted peppers; finely -chopped 1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1 ds Tabasco sauce 1 pk (6 oz) frozen crab meat; -cooked, drained Can substitute any sweet onion for the Maui onion. Beat the cream cheese. Add remianing ingredients except crab and mix well. Fold in flaked crab. Fills about 2 doz mini cream puffs.
