Title: Crab Quiche #1

Yield: 4 Servings

1 (9-inch) pie crust
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 tb Flour
2 Eggs; beaten
1/2 c Milk
1 cn (6.5-oz) crab meat
1/2 lb Swiss cheese; cut into
-1/4-inch cubes
1/3 c Chopped green onion
1/4 ts Salt
Lemon juice to taste
Parsley and paprika

Cook pie crust until slightly browned. Combine all ingredients, except
lemon juice, parsley and paprika. Place into quiche shell and bake at 350
for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle with lemon juice, parsley and
paprika (so very good).
