Title: Crab Ring

Yield: 8 Servings

1 ts Unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Cold water
2 pk (8-oz) cream cheese;
-softened
2 tb Sherry
1 Jar (2-oz) chopped pimento;
-drained
1 cn Crab meat; drained
1 ts Lemon juice
1/8 ts Black pepper
2 tb Parsley

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Stir over hot water until dissolved. In
mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add melted gelatin, sherry, salt,
pimento & remaining ingredients. Pour into a 3-cup mold that has been
greased or sprayed. Chill until set & serve with crackers.
