Title: Crabmeat Cream Cheese Balls Categories: Contemporar, Seafood, Snack, Party, Hors d'oeuv Yield: 12 Servings 8 oz IMITATION CRABMEAT 8 oz CREAM CHEESE 2 ts MUSTARD 2 ts CHOPPED ONION 1 1/2 ts LEMON JUICE 1 ds CAYENNE PEPPER 1 ds SALT 2/3 c CHOPPED WALNUTS In a bowl combine all ingredients except crabmeat and nuts. Finely chop crabmeat in a food processor and stir into mixture. Chill. Form 1/2 inch balls and roll in finely chopped walnuts.
