Title: Cranberries Au Grand Marnier Categories: Condiments, Fruits, Harned 1994, Pork, Poultry Yield: 3 Cups 16 oz Fresh cranberries (1 pkg.) 2 c Sugar 1/2 c Grand Marnier or 1/2 c Other orange-flavor liqueur Wash cranberries; drain well. Place cranberries in an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish; sprinkle with sugar. Cover and bake at 350 F. for one hour. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in Grand Marnier.
