2 c Fresh or frozen cranberries
1 1/2 Lb
1 md Orange
Artificial sweetner to equal
4 tb Sugar

Wash and pick over cranberries; discard overripe berries. Wash orange, cut
in small chunks, discard seeds and center core. Put both fruits through a
food grinder using coarse blade. Add artificial sweetner; mix well. Chill
in a covered container. Nutrutive values per serving Cho 4 gm, Pro 0, Fat 2
Calories 16, Sodium trace.Food Exchange per serving; Up to 3 tablespoons
may be considered "free".
