Title: Cranberry Applesauce

4 lg Apples, peel/core/chop
1 c Fresh Cranberries
1/2 c Sugar
1/4 c Water
3 Inch Cinnamon Stick
3 Inch Strip Lemon Zest

In a heavy saucepan, coke all the ingredients over moderate heat, stirring,
for 15 minutes, or until apples are very soft. Discard the cinnamon stick
and lemon zest. Force the mixture through a food mill.

Makes about 3 cups. 175 cal. per 1/2 cup
