1 cn (16 oz.) diced beets,
-drained
1 cn (16 oz.) whole berry or
-jellied cranberry sauce
2 tb Orange juice
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 ds Salt

From Quick & Delicious Vegetable Delights, Johna Blinn

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; heat thoroughly, stirring
occasionally. Serve at once. Delicious with turkey or ham.
