Title: Cranberry Bread

Yield: 1 Servings

3 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Salt
2 Egg
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter; melted
1 1/4 c Milk
1 1/4 c Cranberries; roughly chopped
3/4 c Walnuts; chopped

1. Sift flour with soda, powder and salt.

2. In mixing bowl by hand or beater, beat eggs and sugar until
well-blended..

3. Stir in melted butter and milk.

4. Stir in flour until just moistened.

5. Fold in cranberries and nuts. *DO NOT OVERWORK*

6. Butter a loaf tin 10''x4'' or 5''.

7 . Spread dough in tin.

8 . Bake at 350 55-60 minutes or until center springs up o rtester comes
out clean.

9 .Let stand in tin 5 minutes;then cool on racks.
