Title: Cranberry Bread 2 Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 2 c Flour 1 c Sugar 1 1/2 ts Baking powder 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Baking soda 2 tb Shortening 1 tb Grated orange rind 3/4 c Orange juice 2 Eggs, beaten 1 c Fresh or frozen cranberries, -chopped 1/2 c Chopped pecans or walnuts Mix all the dry ingredients together. Stir in the orange rind, orange juice, shortening and egg; mix well. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Lightly grease a loaf pan and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for for 1 hour.
