Title: Cranberry Bread 3 Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 4 c Flour 2 c Sugar 1 tb Baking powder 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Salt 1/2 c Butter 1 1/2 c Orange juice 2 tb Orange rind 2 Eggs, beaten 1 pk Cranberries, halved 2 c Nuts Combine flour, sugar, powder, soda, and salt. Cut in butter until consistency of cornmeal. In separate bowl, combine OJ, rind, and eggs. Form a well in flour mixture. Pour in OJ mixture. Bled well. Add nuts and cranberries.
