Title: Cranberry Cake Ring Categories: Dessert Yield: 16 Servings 1 pk (3 oz.) cream cheese; -softened 1 Box (18 1/4 oz.) lemon cake -mix 3/4 c Milk 4 Eggs 1 1/4 c Ground cranberries 1/2 c Nuts; broken 1/4 c Sugar 1/2 ts Ground mace In large mixing bowl, place cream cheese, cake mix and milk; beat for 2 minutes. Add eggs; beat 2 minutes longer. Combine remaining ingredients; fold into batter. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
