Cranberry Chicken
Title: Cranberry Chicken Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 tb Margerine 1 sm Onion, chopped 3 lb Skinless breasts or thighs -(around 8) -----------------------------------SAUCE----------------------------------- 2/3 c Ketchup 1/3 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 tb Cider vinegar 1 ts Dry mustard 2 c Fresh or frozen fresh -cranberries Melt margerine, saute onion 8 to 10 minutes. Place chicken in 1 layer in a baking pan. Pour onion mixture over chicken. Bake for 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Then pour sauce mixture over top and bake 20 minutes. Note.
