Title: Cranberry Chili Chicken Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1/2 c Whole berry cranberry sauce 1/2 c Chili sauce 2 tb Orange marmalade 1/8 ts Ground allspice 4 Skinless, boneless chicken -breast halves (up to 6) 2 ts Vegetable oil Combine cranberry sauce, chili sauce, marmalade, and allspice; set aside. In a large skillet, slowly brown chicken on both sides in oil. Pour the sauce mixture over chicken. Simmer, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Turn and baste occasionally. Makes 4 to 6 servings. To prepare this in the microwave cook the chicken breasts for 4 to 5 minutes on high. Put everything together and heat for 2 more minutes.
