Title: Cranberry Crunch Smoothie, Grandma Grandy's Categories: Beverages, Breakfast, Vegan, Vegetarian Yield: 4 Servings 2 1/2 c Cranberry juice cocktail 2 tb Lemonade; frozen concentrate 1 c Apple juice 2 Bananas 1 c Seedless grapes 3/4 c Grape-Nuts 1/4 c Honey; or to taste Put all ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed for 1 minute.
