Title: Cranberry Nut Bread Categories: Bread Yield: 12 Servings 2 c Whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 c Brown sugar 1 1/2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 2 Eggs 3/4 c Orange juice 1/4 c Butter; melted (or oil) 1 1/2 c Cranberries 1 c Walnuts or pecans From: selenev@cats.ucsc.edu (Selene Vega) Date: 22 Nov 1993 07:15:20 GMT Mix first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Mix eggs, orange juice & butter and add to dry ingredients. Chop cranberries and nuts and stir in. Pour into greased 5" x 9" loaf pan or 4 2 1/2" x 5" loaf pans. Bake at 350{ for 35 - 40 min.
