Title: Cranberry Nut Pie Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 1/4 c Fresh or frozen cranberries 1/4 c Brown sugar 1/4 c Chopped walnuts 1 Egg 1/2 c Sugar 1/2 c Flour 1/3 c Butter; melted Vanilla ice cream Notes: Lois W. Noll, Lehighton. The Times News, PA Butter a 9" pie pan and layer cranberries on bottom. Sprinkle berries with brown sugar and walnuts. In a bowl, beat egg until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until blended. Stir in flour and melted butter. Blend well. Pour over cranberry, sugar, walnut mixture. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
