Title: Cranberry Orange Sauce Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 36 oz Cranberries -- fresh 12 oz Orange Juice, From Frozen Concentrate 12 oz Water 1 1/2 c Sugar -- 1 1/4 for a more Tart flavor 4 lg Oranges -- to 6, peel, Section, Cut into bite size 12 oz Walnuts -- coarsely chopped 3 tb Cornstarch 1/4 c Water -- to 1/3 C Mix cranberries with orange juice, 12 oz water and sugar. Cook mixture until it boils. Mix cornstarch w/ 1/4 c water; stir into boiling berry mixture. Reduce heat and cook until the cranberries are as open as desired (3 min for partially open; 10 minutes for mostly open). Remove from heat, add oranges and walnuts. Chill and serve.
