Title: Cranberry Pumpkin Bread Categories: Breads Yield: 1 Servings 2 Eggs; slightly beaten 2 c Sugar 1/2 c Oil 1 c Solid pack pumpkin 2 1/4 c Flour 1 tb Pumpkin pie spice 1 ts Baking soda 1/2 ts Salt 1 c Chopped cranberries Combine eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin; mix well. Combine dry ingredients in bowl; make a well in center. Pour pumpkin mixture into well; stir just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in cranberries.
