Title: Cranberry Relish Categories: None Yield: 1 Servings 1 Bag fresh cranberries 1 1/2 c Granulated sugar (up to -2-1/2) 1 c Marmalade 1 tb Lemon juice 1 c Toasted walnuts; or pecans, -or almonds Pick through, wash, and drain the cranberries. Lay the berries out in a shallow, 9x13 pan. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 C of the sugar - mix well, and spread out evenly on the pan. Cover with foil and put in 350° oven for 50-60 minutes. Remove from oven - taste. If too tart, add more sugar, cover, and return to oven until sugar has dissolved. When done, stir through, cool to room temperature, and add the marmalade, lemon juice, and nuts. Place in airtight container, and chill thoroughly.
