Title: Cranberry Relish #2 Categories: Sauce Yield: 1 Servings 4 c Whole fresh cranberries 2 Whole oranges and rind 2 c Sugar Put cranberries in food processor and grind to a coarse consistency. Quarter oranges and grind in food processor. Mix and add sugar. Let sit at room temperature until well blended. Pour into pint jars. Refrigerate or freeze.
