Title: Cranberry Sauce - for Holiday Meringues Categories: Holidays, Di, Sauces, Desserts Yield: 2 Cups 1/2 c Sugar 2 tb Cornstarch 1/8 ts Salt 2 c Cranberry juice cocktail 1 tb Lemon juice Combine all ingredients in a heavy saucepan; stir well. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute; remove from heat. Cover and chill thoroughly.
