Title: Cranberry Sauce Cake Categories: Cakes Yield: 1 Servings 3 c Sifted all-purpose flour 1 1/2 c Sugar 1 ts Baking soda 1 ts Salt 1 cn (1-lb) whole cranberry sauce 1 c Chopped pecans 1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing 2 tb Grated orange rind 1/2 c Orange juice 2 tb Butter or margarine 2 c Sifted confectioners sugar Heat oven to 350 degrees. Sift flour, sugar, baking soda and salt into mixing bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup cranberry sauce and set aside. Stir remaining cranberry sauce, pecans, mayonnaise, orange rind and orange juice into dry ingredients; stir well. Turn in greased 13x9x2" pan. Bake 45 minutes.
