Title: Cranberry Vinaigrette

Yield: 8 Servings

1/2 c Cranberry juice cocktail
4 Green onion; coarsely
-chopped
2 tb Apple cider vinegar
2 ts Dijon mustard
1 ts Imitation maple flavoring
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Black pepper
1 c Vegetable oil

In a blender or food processor, combine first 7 ingredients until well
blended. With blender running, slowly add oil and process till well
blended. Pour into an airtight container and refrigerate 8 hours or
overnight to allow flavors to blend.

Shake well before serving. Keep refrigerated.
