Title: Crane House Pumpking Bread Categories: Quick, Breads Yield: 1 Servings 1 c Corn Oil 4 Eggs; Beaten 2/3 c Water 2 c Canned Pumpkin 3 1/3 c Flour; Sifted 1 1/2 ts Salt 1 ts Nutmeg 1 ts Cinnamon 2 ts Baking Soda 3 c Sugar 1/2 c Golden Raisins 1/2 c Nuts; Chopped Grease and flour two long loaf pans or three standard loaf pans. Mix following wet ingredients: corn oil, eggs, water, and pumpkin. Add the Following dry ingredients: flour, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda, and sugar. To combined mixture, add raisins, and nuts. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
