Title: Crawfish Pasta Categories: Pasta & pas, Seafood Yield: 2 Servings 1 lb Crawfish; tailmeat only Vegetable cooking spray 1 Clove garlic; minced 1/2 c Green onions; sliced 1 c Mushrooms; sliced 3 oz Parmesan cheese; grated 5 oz Evaporated skim milk 8 oz Pasta; any kind Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute garlic, green onions and mushrooms until tender. Add crawfish tailmeat and cook for 5 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and evaporated milk. Simmer about 5 minutes.
