3 pk (8oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cn Crushed pineappl;, drained
1 sm Jar pimientos, drained
1 Bell pepper, chopped fine
Pecans, Chopped

Mix by hand the cream cheese,pimiento and pineapple until thoroughly
blended. Add the bell pepper and form the mixture into a ball.Put in
refrigator for 1 to 2 hours to firm up. Reshape if necessary.Roll in
chopped pecans and place on a shallow platter. Serve with assorted
crackers.
