Title: Cream Cheese Dressing for Fresh Fruit

8 oz Cream cheese; softened
-(227gm)
3 tb Powdered sugar; (50mL)
-[icing sugar]
2 tb Light cream; (25mL)
2 tb Orange liqueur; (25mL) Or 1
-tbsp. undiluted frozen
-orange juice concentrate
-(15mL)

Beat all ingredients together until light.

Mound on a combination of fresh fruit, such as apricots, nectarines and
grapes.

Serves 4 to 6.

Hallie's notes : Mascarpone could be substituted for the cream cheese.

In Canada we call powdered sugar by the name of icing sugar.
